      Ai-Technology ("Ai-Technology") operates the SecureGate application ("SecureGate", "Application", or "Service").
      SecureGate is a Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) client designed to provide secure network connectivity, privacy and security controls, policy-based access, and related network security services to individual users, professionals, and organizations.
      This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, protect, and retain information when you use SecureGate.
      By using SecureGate, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.
      1. Information We Collect
      The information we collect depends on how you use SecureGate, the services you subscribe to, and the configuration of the SecureGate platform.
      1.1 Account Information
      If you create or use a SecureGate account, we may collect:

      • Name

      • Email address

      • Username or account identifier

      • Authentication information

      • Subscription or service information

      • Account status

      • Customer support information

      We use this information to create and manage your account, authenticate you, provide the Service, communicate with you, and provide customer support.
      1.2 Device Information
      SecureGate may collect limited device and application information necessary to provide, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Service.

      SecureGate uses Android's VPN functionality to establish a secure network tunnel and provide SASE security services.
      Depending on the SecureGate configuration, the Service may process technical network information required to establish, maintain, secure, and troubleshoot the connection, such as:

      • VPN connection status

      • Connection and disconnection timestamps

      • VPN server or gateway information

      • Network connection type

      • Data volume or bandwidth consumption

      • Network error information

      • Security policy status

      1.4 Internet Traffic and Activity
      SecureGate is designed to provide security and network connectivity rather than to sell or monetize users' browsing activity.
      Unless specifically stated in the applicable SecureGate service configuration or required for a particular security feature, Ai-Technology does not intentionally store users' browsing history, the contents of communications, or the contents of files transmitted through the SecureGate VPN tunnel.
      Where SecureGate security services require inspection of network traffic to detect threats, enforce security policies, filter content, or provide other security functionality, traffic may be processed transiently by the applicable security infrastructure.
      Such processing does not necessarily mean that the underlying traffic content is permanently stored.
      1.5 Diagnostic and Crash Information
      If enabled, SecureGate may collect diagnostic information to identify crashes, performance problems, connectivity problems, and application errors.
      This may include:

      • Crash reports

      • Error information

      • Application version

      • Device operating system

      • Relevant configuration information

      • Date and time of the event

      Diagnostic information is used for troubleshooting, reliability, security, and service improvement.
      2. How We Use Information
      We may use information to:

      • Create and manage user accounts

      • Authenticate users

      • Establish secure VPN/SASE connections

      We do not use VPN traffic information for advertising or behavioral profiling unless such processing is explicitly disclosed to you and permitted by applicable law and Google Play policies.
      3. VPN Service and Android VpnService
      SecureGate uses Android's VpnService API as a core component of its SASE functionality.
      The VPN capability is used to establish a secure device-level network tunnel and enable SecureGate's security and connectivity features.
      SecureGate does not use the Android VPN capability to manipulate other applications' traffic for advertising monetization.
      Where personal or sensitive information is processed through the VPN functionality beyond what users would reasonably expect, SecureGate will provide an appropriate prominent in-app disclosure and obtain affirmative consent where required.
      Google Play specifically requires VPN applications to document VPN functionality in their Play listing and encrypt data between the device and the VPN tunnel endpoint.
      4. Information We Do Not Sell
      Ai-Technology does not sell users' personal information, browsing history, VPN traffic, or network activity to third parties.
      We do not use SecureGate to monetize users' network traffic through advertising redirection or similar traffic manipulation.
      5. Information Sharing
      We may share limited information with trusted service providers where necessary to operate SecureGate.
      These providers may support:

      • Cloud infrastructure

      • VPN/SASE infrastructure

      • Authentication

      • Payment processing

      • Customer support

      • Crash reporting

      • Analytics

      • Security monitoring

      • Fraud prevention

      Service providers are permitted to process information only as necessary to provide their contracted services and subject to appropriate contractual or legal protections.
      We may also disclose information:

      • When required by applicable law

      • In response to valid legal processes

      • To protect the rights, safety, and security of Ai-Technology, our users, or others

      • To investigate fraud, abuse, or security incidents

      • In connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of assets

      6. Third-Party Services
      SecureGate may integrate third-party services to provide authentication, infrastructure, analytics, crash reporting, payment processing, security, or other functionality.
      Those providers may process information according to their own privacy policies.
      We encourage users to review the privacy practices of applicable third-party services.

      We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to:

      If SecureGate provides account creation, users may request deletion of their account and associated personal information through the available account-management functionality or by contacting us.
      Upon receiving a valid deletion request, we will delete applicable personal information within a reasonable period, subject to information that we are legally required or legitimately permitted to retain.
      Google Play requires apps that offer account creation to provide users with an accessible mechanism for requesting account deletion.
      9. Data Security
      Ai-Technology implements reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, destruction, or misuse.
      Security measures may include:

      • Encryption in transit

      • Secure authentication

      • Access controls

      • Security monitoring

      • Infrastructure security controls

      • Logging and audit controls

      • Secure software development practices

      However, no internet transmission or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
      10. Children's Privacy
      SecureGate is not specifically directed toward children.
      We do not knowingly collect personal information from children where such collection is prohibited by applicable law.
      If you believe that a child has provided personal information to us in violation of applicable requirements, please contact us so that we can investigate and take appropriate action.
      11. International Data Processing
      Depending on your location and the SecureGate infrastructure used to provide the Service, your information may be processed or stored in countries other than your country of residence.
      Where required, Ai-Technology will implement appropriate safeguards for international transfers in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

      Depending on applicable law, you may have rights relating to your personal information, including the right to:
