SecureGate Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SecureGate application and related services ("SecureGate", "Service", "Application", "we", "us", or "our") provided by Ai-Technology.
By downloading, installing, accessing, subscribing to, or using SecureGate, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use SecureGate.
1. About SecureGate
SecureGate is a Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) client that provides secure network connectivity and security functionality.
Depending on your subscription, configuration, location, and available service infrastructure, SecureGate may provide:
  • Secure VPN connectivity
  • SASE network access
  • Zero Trust access
  • Secure Web Gateway functionality
  • DNS security
  • Threat protection
  • Network security policies
  • Web/content filtering
  • Secure access to protected resources
  • Security monitoring
  • Other related security services
Features may vary between subscription plans and service configurations.
2. Eligibility
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
If you use SecureGate on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms on behalf of that organization.
3. User Account
Certain SecureGate features may require an account.
You are responsible for:
  • Providing accurate information
  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials
  • Protecting access to your account
  • Not sharing your credentials with unauthorized persons
  • Immediately notifying us of suspected unauthorized access
You are responsible for activities performed through your account unless caused by circumstances outside your reasonable control.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use SecureGate only for lawful and legitimate purposes.
You must not use SecureGate to:
  • Commit or facilitate criminal activity
  • Attack, compromise, or gain unauthorized access to systems
  • Conduct unauthorized penetration testing
  • Distribute malware, ransomware, spyware, or other malicious software
  • Conduct unauthorized vulnerability scanning
  • Launch or facilitate DDoS attacks
  • Conduct credential theft or phishing
  • Commit fraud
  • Circumvent lawful security controls
  • Infringe intellectual property rights
  • Distribute illegal content
  • Abuse or disrupt SecureGate infrastructure
  • Attempt to bypass service restrictions
  • Resell the Service without authorization
  • Use the Service to harm, harass, or compromise others
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in abuse, security attacks, fraud, or other prohibited activity.
5. VPN and Network Usage
SecureGate may route network traffic through its VPN/SASE infrastructure.
Network performance may vary depending on:
  • Internet connection
  • Mobile carrier
  • Wi-Fi network
  • Geographic location
  • VPN/SASE gateway availability
  • Network congestion
  • Security policies
  • Device capabilities
SecureGate does not guarantee uninterrupted connectivity or a specific connection speed.
6. Security and Privacy
SecureGate is designed to improve network security and privacy but does not guarantee complete anonymity or protection against every cybersecurity threat.
Users remain responsible for:
  • Maintaining updated devices
  • Using strong credentials
  • Applying appropriate security practices
  • Avoiding malicious websites and content
  • Protecting their accounts
  • Following applicable laws
7. Subscriptions and Payments
Certain SecureGate functionality may require a paid subscription.
Subscription pricing, billing periods, features, renewal conditions, and applicable taxes will be displayed before purchase.
Payments made through Google Play are subject to the applicable Google Play billing terms and policies.
Unless otherwise stated, subscription cancellation does not automatically entitle a user to a refund for an already completed billing period.
Refunds may be subject to the applicable payment platform's policies and applicable law.
8. Free Services and Trials
Ai-Technology may offer free services or promotional trials.
We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit free services or promotional offers at any time, subject to applicable law and any specific terms provided with the offer.
9. Intellectual Property
SecureGate, including its software, design, branding, trademarks, interfaces, documentation, and related content, is owned by or licensed to Ai-Technology and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Except as expressly permitted by these Terms, you may not:
  • Copy the software
  • Modify the software
  • Reverse engineer the software
  • Decompile or disassemble the software
  • Redistribute the software
  • Create derivative works
  • Remove proprietary notices
  • Attempt to extract source code
10. Third-Party Services
SecureGate may rely on third-party infrastructure, cloud services, payment providers, authentication providers, analytics services, security providers, or other technology providers.
Third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
Ai-Technology is not responsible for services independently operated by third parties.
11. Service Availability
We aim to provide reliable and secure services but do not guarantee that SecureGate will always be:
  • Available
  • Error-free
  • Uninterrupted
  • Compatible with every device
  • Available in every geographic location
We may temporarily suspend services for maintenance, upgrades, security incidents, infrastructure changes, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
12. Security Monitoring and Abuse Prevention
We may monitor limited technical information necessary to protect SecureGate infrastructure, detect abuse, prevent fraud, investigate security incidents, and maintain service reliability.
Such monitoring will be conducted in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
13. Account Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to SecureGate if:
  • You violate these Terms
  • You engage in prohibited activity
  • Your account is involved in fraud or abuse
  • Your use creates a security risk
  • Payment obligations are not met
  • Required by law or legal authority
  • Continued access could adversely affect the Service or other users
Where reasonably practical, we may provide notice before suspension or termination.
14. Disclaimer
SecureGate is provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
Ai-Technology does not guarantee that the Service will protect against every cybersecurity threat or prevent all unauthorized access, malware, interception, or other security incidents.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ai-Technology will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of SecureGate.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
16. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ai-Technology, its personnel, service providers, and affiliates from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from:
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your unlawful use of SecureGate
  • Your misuse of the Service
  • Your violation of third-party rights
17. Changes to the Service
We may modify, update, add, or remove features from SecureGate as the Service evolves.
Where a material change substantially affects paid functionality, we will provide appropriate notice where required by applicable law.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
The updated Terms will be published with a revised "Last Updated" date.
Continued use of SecureGate after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.
19. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the applicable laws of [COUNTRY / JURISDICTION], without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
